Reservation / cancellation conditions and method of payment.
Depending on the rate chosen, you have the option of canceling until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, 48 hours in advance, or the price is non-cancellable, non-refundable.
Offers are created every year, such as breakfast included or reduction of the price of the stay, based on the above conditions. For specific periods such as trade fairs or group reservations, the reservation conditions may be adapted. Namely possibility of requesting a deposit upon booking and deadline for canceling the balance free of charge according to terms to be agreed with the client
We accept payment:
Credit card details are required when booking, as well as an expiration date valid on the date of stay. In the case of bank card details refused by our system or expiration date lower than the date of stay, an email requesting new bank information will be sent. A response will be expected within 24 hours. Failure to receive new contact details, the reservation will be canceled without consideration.
The stay is to be paid upon arrival.
